• All reservations must be made in advance through our website or approved booking method.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
   
• Your reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons.
   

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event may receive a credit toward a future class.
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
   
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
   
• If we cancel an event due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or class credit.
   

Beer Wine and Craft Design is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all guests and staff.

By attending our events or using our website, you agree to:

• Treat staff and fellow guests with respect.
   
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or abusive behavior.
